1. GENERAL

Our return policy includes a generous 14-day period. This means that you have 14 days from the moment you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it. It must be unworn or unused, including all original labels and in the original packaging. Additionally, it is essential that you can present the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, you can simply fill out this return form. Please note that returns must be sent to the warehouse where the products originated, which in most cases is in China. Therefore, please contact us first so that we can provide you with the correct return address.

Once your return has been accepted, you are responsible for the cost of returning the items to the address provided. We cannot accept items returned to us without a prior request for a return.

2. DAMAGE AND PROBLEMS

It is of great importance that you check the condition of the items immediately upon receipt of your order.
